No stars, HORRIBLE treatment starting with Cheryl the 50+ year old phone receptionist. Cheryl made my visit so bad, by being rude, abnoxious and unfriendly that I didnt even want to continue my visit. I am a medical professional, that works at a very credible and prestigious hospital, and I know how to present myself towards all patients, unlike Cheryl (phone receptionist). I believe that first impressions are everything and unfortunately, I didnt even get to see Dr Brownstein because of Cheryl nasty, bitter attitude. I was referred to Dr Brownstein from a very friendly dental office and did not expect the treatment I received. Cheryl needs to retire or find a new job, where she does not need to deal with the public. I hope Dr Brownstein sees this review because he really needs to re-evaluate who he hires for his establishment. Good luck with business as long as you have tight face Cheryl working at the front desk! And I am going to make sure I spread the word about my experience. I am sure Dr Brownstein is excellent, but unfortunately, I have decided to take my business to a more people friendly dental office.
