Dr. seltzer is one of the most caring physicians there are. he is knowledgeable and very competent but more than that takes the time to explain. He shows tremendous compassion and goes out of his way to make things as comfortable and helpful as possible. He goes out of his way to make sure to do things both well and keep the patient informed and calm. His office staff is extremely efficient, kind and fast moving so that you are not at all inconvenienced.
