I have called up the doctors office number to take the appointment.
The receptionist who attend the call kept me on hold for 5 to 6 mins in the morning called again in the evening same story .. I have asked her the reason for this long hold..she said she is quite busy..asked her whats the music she is playing when she is placing me on hold .she has no idea of what so ever..told her ..my initial impression about the call was not good..she bluntly told me to choose another doctor... then I have to decide to go for my first appointment or not..gladly I said no to her with ..not sure if this review helps to any one ..wanted to share the happening..
