Dr. Savino is a good dentist, however, the receptionist/staff at Dowling Dental are basically numbskulls. I had asked for an appointment and was told there were none available until around 4 months later. Finally, on the week of the appointment I was called on the phone and told that Dowling Dental does not accept my insurance plan as of a month prior and I would have to find a different practice to get service. If you want to avoid sloppy administrative staff, stay away from Dowling Dental.
