Dr. Scott was fine, but his billing dept. forgot to submit to my insurance, and 15 months later my United Healthcare will not pay claim as it's too old and he has the nerve to continue to bill me for his error. Twice over 18 months I called his office and they assured me this would be taken care of, but still I get dunning letters from his billing dept, saying they will report this to my credit agency. What kind of a doctor uses terrible billing firms? They said they would correct this, are they liars? He does not seem to care, I would avoid him as this could easily happen to you, RG

I have been a regular patient of Dr. Rubenstein for the last year and a half. At my first visit, I felt confident in his diagnosis and course of treatment. He gave me multiple options, each suited to what I would be comfortable with. I had surgery earlier this year, and he answered every question I had, whether big or small, and always made himself available. I had two procedures, both of which went very well with easy recoveries. He is always pleasant, straightforward, and makes his patients comfortable by seeing what they are comfortable with. I have recommended him to family and friends, and will continue to be a long-term patient.

I've been going to Dr. Rubenstein for years. He's always treated me from the most mundane (like toenails cut) to the more complex (broken toes) and other agonizingly painful problems. He's genuinely a nice guy and very pleasant. He's a good listener and has given me a lot of very good health advice.

This was the most worthless doctor's visit I've ever went to. A waste of money and a waste of time. Dr. Google was a more useful tool than this one. Rubenstein told me exactly what a simple Google search told me and then charged me for it. Did not fix the problem, and wanted to milk more money from me by suggesting many future visits. I will never be coming back here again.
