Google should add "very bad" as an option.
This provider is in the network of my insurance EYEMED. When I went there to have an eye exam, they didn't find my insurance information. They told me to pay $96 first then insurance can reimburse them and they will refund me.
When I brought my insurance information back to them, they refused to re-send the bill to my insurance!! Their manager was unbelieveablly rude and kept saying "we'd warned you before you paid on your own! It's too late! You should go to your insurance to collect money!".
I wish I could go to eyemed; but eyemed only accept in-network claim from providers, not patients.
Now I can only use out-of-network claim, and get $40 back. Even the agent of eyemed can't understand why they treat customer like this - because eyemed will completely reimburse them if they file a claim. They only need to spend minutes to fill a form.
I should have left before I took the exam - when I saw their front desk fighting with a customer. But I was really new to the area and that's the closet one to my apartment.
