Dr. Rashmi K. Ramchandani, DDS

I have been Dr.Ramchandani's patient for over 8 yrs. Couple of things I love about her and her office staff :

1) Absolutely no waiting time when you have an appointment, never ever over/double books her patients.
2) Never rushes to get the work done and get you out of her office. She takes the time to talk to her patients, understand their requirements, and explains to them what they need even if the procedure is out of her scope and will refer to the right specialist, if required.
3)Tries to makes sure that treatments are less/minimal painful.
4) Office is very clean, all equipment used are pretty up to date and the dentist cares about being very hygienic and germ free by wrapping all her equipment with plastic wraps. Love the digital X-ray machine that pops image on the PC as soon as X-ray is taken.
5) Office staff is also very helpful and friendly. They call me a week in advance to remind me my appointments. They also do the leg work of checking with insurance company for whats covered / not covered and how much is patients responsibility before the procedure is even started.

Dr.Ramchandani is pretty good with children as well. Both my kids 10 & 3 yrs dont have a problem going to the dentist when its their turn. They get goodies too after getting teeth cleaned :-)

Overall, I would certainly recommend Dr.Ramchandani to any and all of my friends.

Great Dentist. I highly recommend her, as per my great experience.
* The doctor and staff gives great service on a daily basis.
* The dentist office, instruments are clean.
* Kids as well as family will benefit from the awesome service.
* I always have excellent conversation about my oral hygiene.
* We have great benefits to use Electric toothbrush, Air Floss, as
per the advise of Dr. Ramchandani.
* She gives a personalized touch. Very patient, and family oriented.

Overall great place to get treatment. A few thoughts:
1) The support staff is amazing - they remind you about upcoming appointments, are flexible on scheduling and overall efficient; minimizing wait times
2) Dr Ramchandani is very knowledgeable and obviously an expert in her field; fast efficient and thorough
3) Dr Ramchandani could do a better job on teaching - she is a stickler on flossing which is great but I find that she never advocated for the use of electric toothbrushes which is a no-brainer considering the benefits over manual brushes

I have been a patient of Dr.Ramchandani from 10/2007 & for the past 3 1/2 years I have been travelling to her office in NJ from New York & will continue to do so because - it is hard to find a good dentist & when you find a great one - you stick to her !! I absolutely love the care that she provides. She is always smiling, the staff is great & they always accommodate me whenever I call in for an appointment even when their schedule is full for the day. My teeth are always happy when I leave Dr.Ramchandani's office! By the way my husband has also been her patient for the last seven years.

I have been coming to this dentist for over 20 years and i would recommend her to all to come.She is very understanding and patient. I am always a wreck when i have to go(i am afraid of doctors,dentists)but she makes me feel at ease and comfortable. It is always a excellent experience. LOVE HER!!!!
