Very crowded, rude facility and unorganized. NOT RECOMMENDED
First of all, my case is very serious and I wanted to see the doctor as soon as possible but they gave me an appointment after two months, so I expected that when I go there, I would see the doctor on time. However, my appointment was at 2:00 pm but until 4:20 I was still waiting and did not say anything. What really drove me mad is that there was a patient came after me and I heard the lady on the window telling her you're next, and when I asked her how is that possible, she told me to look at the sign sheet she signed before you but when I looked at it, I found out that we both had the same appointment at the same time. the lady looked at her computer and was like, " you know what happened when I scheduled your appointment I only wrote your name not the time." How in the hell is that supposed to be my problem, and when I told her that my appointment is at 2:00pm and now look at the clock, she said, "we always are busy and there is nothing we can do." The only thing they care about is money and receiving too many people at the same time, when I came in there was no empty spot to sit on. I told her that I will go next and if not I will leave, like I said nothing and she called the other patient to go in. I left and will never go back again. It is the worst experience, incredibly rude facility. if you wanna waste your time go ahead. Unfortunately, that was my first experience, I really do not know anything about the doctor but the beginning is awful enough.
