The doctor is great, but her front desk associates are horrible! Why must EVERYBODY at the front desk go to lunch at the same exact time? Is it ethical to have patients call for an hour and get a busy tone, not even the answering service? And perhaps you should NOTIFY your patients when you change your number next time. These horrible receptionists/assistants ALWAYS give good doctors a VERY BAD rep!
