My family all see Dr. Alleva. He discovered why my mom was having headaches with dizzy spells a few years ago. I wouldn't say he's the friendliest doctor however, he has addressed our questions and did what was needed at the time. He's a family ENT doc, not a pediatric specialist therefore, I don't expect him to sound like Elmo and sugar coat the issue when he sees my kids.

Came here for my little sister because she had been itching inside her ears for some time now. While he tried to look inside her ears, she moved her head as he was trying to diagnose her. And he irritably said "i can not see her". Then he attempted again but she moved her head again, and he disrespectfully said "i don't know what to do or how to check". He went to say "we do not have the means to tie her up or restrain her. And I cant sedate her, we dont do that here". I do not know how one can even consider those as options or mention it. I have never felt so angry and disappointed when going to the doctors. He was very disrespectful and unprofessional!
