His office staff is polite. The waiting room is crowded and you'll wait a long time before you get to see the doctor. He seems thorough and usually has a medical student working by his side assisting him. He's very polite and has a good sense of humor. He spends time with you.
However, in comparison to other doctors in his specialty (internal medicine), he's very expensive so get ready for a shock when you see his bill.
