Can i give it zero stars because the front desk guy was a nightmare. What a clown, he sounds like he clearly doesnt want to be at work. Talk about unprofessional, avoid this site like the plague.

Good service and pretty clear and consistent about their policies and procedures. Staff seems knowledgeable. Cannot enter the building or be seated if you arrive early, though.

Overall service is very slow. I called a week later for my sonogram results which I took on 8/28. Person who answered phone was very rude... told me that I was not there on the 28th and that I was a no show. After telling her a couple of times that I was there on the 28th she kept insisting that I was a no show. Today is 9/8 my results are still not read, smh!!! Hewlett office is excellent!!

Horrible customer service. They're talking about their personal business right in front of customers. Unprofessional!!! Let's not even talk about the wait! One hour for them to give me paperwork to fill out, then 2-3 hrs for my sonogram!! I could've went to kings county if I wanted this same type of treatment!!
