Dr. Marjan Kermanshah, DDS

This was my first trip to her office and Dr. Kermanshah was fantastic. I came in with a cracked tooth thinking it was an emergency and he was able to schedule me asap to put me at ease. She explained the different severity levels of the crack and what I should think about doing should it get any worse, but for its current state it would be best to leave it as is. I then went ahead and asked for a cleaning since I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple years. Dr. Kermanshah sent me home feeling like I had a new set of pearly whites! I would definitely recommend. Great doctor, great receptionist, great reception. Make an appointment today with them!

Once my family dentist moved out of the neighborhood I was forced to find a new dentist office location. So invariably, my path led me to Dr. Kermanshah DDS and I was quite pleased with the reception I got and the overall experience as well (cont'd) I am not supposed to mention any names, but the last time I was here I saw a famous person waiting their turn in the waiting room. So bring your autograph book with you and a smile as well. I am sure that you will be happy with how you are treated at Star Dental Smiles.

My children were both patients of Dr. Kermanshah for 4 years. When we made biannual appointments, more than half the time we were seen by another doctor, which is totally fine but we were not made aware that she would be unavailable beforehand. I was totally fine with this until the latest incident.

What really turned me off to the practice is when my daughter (10 yrs old) did a science experiment involving teeth and requested to interview Dr. Kermanshah for her project. I placed no less than 3 calls requesting a call back. I never received a reply. All she needed was 5-10 minutes of the doctor's time. I found this extremely unprofessional.

We have since found another practice where I hope the customer service is better than here. We all deserve better.

Dr. Marjan Kermanshah is amazing. Very professional, on target and very caring. I am very pleased with her and I highly recommend her. Besides being a wonderful and caring Doctor, she has this amazing spirit and pristine heart, which can be seen thru her beautiful eyes.
