RACHEL, DR. FALLON'S PA IS WONDERFUL!! IT WAS MY FIRST TIME MEETING HER. SHE HAS A VERY CARING ENERGY AND BEDSIDE MANNER. SHE IS GENUINE WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS AND SUGGESTS ALTERNATIVE METHODS, IN THE PATIENT'S BEST INTEREST.
THE OTHER OFFICE STAFF, INCLUDING THE FRONT DESK AND RN WERE PROFESSIONAL FROM BEGINNING TO END. VERY PLEASANT VISIT. I WAS IN AND OUT IN AN HOUR.

Dr. Fallon is very pleasant, friendly and professional! Cares about her patients!!

Worst Obgyn ever. Took my wife there last year due to excellent online reviews. She rescheduled twice with no reason. Finally made it. No one else was in the office. My wife was nervous and started feeling sick. We went through the exam and we were told everything was fine, it was covered and we should come back for a 2nd visit since my wife was ill to finish. My wife was ill because she was nervous due to the 2 cancellations! Then they sent us a bill for over $200 (when only half the exam was given). We objected and could not reach them by telephone to object. Both us and the insurance called numerous times and they looked into it and said the bill was valid against both ours and the insurances objections. Today they sent a collection letter with a number that FINALLY seems to work. I will be having my insurance and lawyers pursue this doctor to have the bill corrected. Check all of the reviews you will see our experience matches up (don't just look at the Zydoc reviews). Her office does not return calls and has no respect for patients and does not know how to fill out the forms with the insurance agencies. Kim should go back to Cornell where we both studied and take some classes to learn to be a good person.

dr. is best one! but why I am giving only 3 stars?
here its why! getting appointment experience is worst. new location staff is not good either.
I personally wanted to see here even she is now way far from where she was practicing before. she is so good to be as doctor and knowledgeable. she is fast with deliver baby! and looks confident. I would recommend this doc. but not staff.
