Dr. Jennifer Y. Greene, MD

Dr. Greene is a wonderful lady but unfortunately can't say the same about her staff. They have a horrible attitude and do not treat her patients well.

Very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want to see the doctor anymore because of their staff... They should be trained how to answer a phone call.

I have been going to Dr. Greene since I was a teen, 13 years now. She was my first OBGYN doctor. I have tried others throughout the years and always make it back to her office. Lenore and Dr. Greene made me feel very comfortable during my teen years especially when I had to go through surgery. They kept me at ease during one of the most nerve wrecking moments I had to deal with at such an early stage in my life. I'm sure not everyone will agree and everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I have never had a problem with any of her staff. I feel that those that do have complaints about them should think about what type of attitude you gave them in the first place to receive poor customer service. Dr. Greene and staff please keep up the great work !

Every doctor should be aware that your office staff is the first view of how your office will be viewed. Its sad that Dr Greene is not aware of how her staff treats her patients. When you treat your patients as if they dont matter they will find a physician that is equipped to deal with patients respectfully and in a timely manner. The doctor was very nice but Jenelle and Lenore leave A LOT to be desired. I'd prefer to deal with an office that takes my health into consideration before talking to me as if I am just another patient. There's no reason why a patient should ever be treated like crap!
AND I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED HER REVIEWS BEFORE GOING! All of them warned against going because of Nurse Lenore and her inept daughters who work there.
They definitely wont be getting my business again and I'll make sure to let everyone (I work in the med field) aware of how their practice works.
