- Terrible #69831

Unprofessional staff with no clue of customer service. They prescribed a eye drops for an ear drum dryness issue. When I called to report this the staff could care less and stated they do this all the time. I filed a grievance with my insurance company against the doctor for misprescription and for not taking accountabilty for Dr. Lee's and went to another.
