Your children will love going to the dentist!! Dr. DeSimone and her staff are incredible! If you read any negative reviews about this office...let me just say, some people in this world can't be happy unless they are complaining. My son had oral surgery @ St. Joe's with Dr. DeSimone and even down to the insurance reimbursement her office manager, Michael had everything running smoothly! Thank you for giving us such great care!

Greatest pediatric dentist ever! My kids love her! When we pass her office they ask if they are going there and are disappointed when I say it is not the day if their appointment! I have never seen kids do excited to go to the dentist! And that is because of her!!! Dr. DeSimone and her entire staff are wibderfu! I have recommended so many people to her and they love her just as much!

They are terrible and very unprofessional. We've been going to this office for several years and the wait has been getting longer and longer (more than 60 mins). At the last appointment, we waited for more than 35 mins and then was told that Dr Desimone won't be able to see us because she was too busy. We asked to speak to Dr Desimone but she refused to come out and talk to us. I would advise anyone to avoid them.

I am the mother of two special needs children. One child is high functioning autistic and the other suffered a pediatric stroke and has CP and epilepsy. As a result, we have been to numerous pediatric dentists trying to find one who was able to accomodate nervous, fearful, handicapped children and treat them with the respect and compassion that all parents wish for them. We HIGHLY recommend Dr. Desimone to all of our friends and family as she is the only one who could make a connection with our autistic child, help her with her fears and turn a Drs visit into an experience that my daughter now looks forward to every six months. Our other daugter has such a "white coat" fear after spending years and years seeing Drs and she too loves to see Dr Desimone and Michael and the hygenists. Their professionalism, compassion and overall family friendly environment make them the best pediatric dentist around. We are so grateful to have found them a few years ago and know that our children are getting the best dental care possible.

I also need to add that I was in the office when Mr. Lau, the gentleman who posted the negative review, was throwing a horrible tantrum. My children were in their chairs with one being seen by Dr. DeSimone and the other in the adjoining room working with the hygenist. Mr. Lau was screaming and yelling in the office at Michael, insisting that he get the Dr to leave her patients to come and speak with him. My one daughter was shaking so badly, terrified that the scary man outside was dangerous and was going to hurt everyone there. Dr. DeSimone,being the professional that she is, promised my daughter that she would not leave her side and would not let anyone hurt her and I asked if she would mind if I spoke with him. At this point, I had to raise my voice, in the waiting room, to remind him that this is a PEDIATRIC dentists office and his terroristic behavior was terrifying the children in the back. His wife kept pulling his arm, trying to get him to leave, and thankfully she understood that he was overreacting to being asked to wait when they didn't have an appointment for what they wanted done. I am sorry, Mr. Lau, that you feel that your needs take priority over other scheduled patients and would behave in such a terrible manner. They informed him that they would need to call the police and he is very lucky that the dentist upstairs heard the uproar and ran to make sure that Mr. Lau was not harming the patients, employees or Dr. DeSimone and escorted him upstairs. Thankfully, the Drs in this building all put their patients first, follow procedures and don't bow down to bullying tactics. Unfortunately, when we left, my children, although calmed down after being reassured of their safety by Michael, Dr. Desimone and the staff, saw that Mr. Lau had left his child unattended in their Lexus on that warm September 19th Saturday while he continued to berrate the kind dentist upstairs - even 10 year olds recognize that this is not a good parenting move. Being a patient here for years, I was so happy with the way that Dr. Desimone never left my child's side and put my daughter's emotional well being as her top priority. Too many other Drs are more concerned with their bottom line - but she is more concerned with her patients and that is evident with how she treats each one as if they were family. The world needs more Drs like her.
