i love this pediatrician becouse they take care of people nicely and they gave medicines that actully are cure

Absolutely terrible staff!!! It seems that they hate the fact that you are there and make everything possible to make your experience unbearable. Doctor is really good and knowledgable though, but that's not enough.

this place has just gone to the dumps. It's so sad that my daughter was patient for 10 years and I saw this place go downhill abruptly mostly because of his unprofessional staff. GOodbye Bond.

Dr. Bond has been our Pediatrician for 10 years and has been the absolute best. He was my pediatrician until I turned 18 and my daughters pediatrician now. I can't think of anyone else in the Kensington/Windsor Terrace area to recommend more than Dr. Bond.

I don't know who is managing this operation anymore, but it is just AWFUL. I would no longer recommend this office to anyone. The staff is poorly trained. You can no longer make an appointment. It is first come - first served. My daughter had a foreign object lodged in her ear for 1 year and neither Dr. Bond nor his staff noticed it.

I used to feel confident going into that office. It was clean, organized and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Dr. Bond's staff welcome you with such scowls and horrid attitudes it is as if they hate the fact you came in through the door.
