I made a new patient appointment almost three weeks ago. I arrived 35 minutes early signed in, marked that I was a new patient.
The receptionist was busy on her cell phone the whole time, at my appointment time I asked if there were any new patient paper work that I had to fill. At this time she informed me I was not on the list, if she would have checked the sign in sheet we would have known this sooner.
She then went on to ask me if I had cancelled the appointment, to which I replied "Why would I be there if I had cancelled". At this point she went to ask the doctor if he could see me. I was way to annoyed to stay as I was there during my lunch and had to return to work. Will not return!
