Dr. Bekker is very good, polite, pleasant, professional doctor, BUT Front Desk WOMEN (morning staff) are HORRIBLE (!!!), making scandals, interrupting conversation, putting on hold and never returning back to you, very rude to young people and especially to old people, pushing out clients from the office and definitely loosing them, but they do not care...People, who hate clients, must stay away from working at the Front Desk! I feel bad about the Advanced Gynecology (Sheepshead Bay) Office.

I was a patient of Doctor Bekker couple of years ago, and is trying to come back. You are a great doctor, but I have been trying to make an appointment for 3 weeks, but not getting anywhere! Receptionists are rude, not returning calls, and refuse to give me an appointment that is earlier that 4 weeks in advance.
Doctor Bekker, I am still trying to get an appointment to you, and I have had no luck talking to your office stuff for 3 weeks. Is it even possible? Would very much appreciate your feedback.

Doctors are good, get the job done.
The front desk needs a major change, specifically two older women.
Gave me the hardest time just to make an appointment, didn't explain anything, rushed me, belittled me on the phone and extremely rude to say the least. Hope the docs find out that they lose business because of these women. I wanted to tell the doc that I won't go to her anymore because of the front desk but they obviously won't allow me to speak to her.

Awful. Front desk are extrely rude and unprofessional. Getting emergency app also impossible. Stay away
