Dr. Edward Ratush, M.D.

They don't answer their phone. It's impossible to even book an appointment! I've been trying for 3 weeks now. No matter how good this guy may be, I don't think it's worth the trouble. Extremely unprofessional for them to miss out on clients because they decided not to call back or even answer the phone.

Dr Ratush is an outstanding doctor who is help me with my issue in a diligent manner. He did not make me feel judged or uncomfortable or that my issue was my fault (as opposed to my previous attempts to find a shrink). He proved to be there for me when I needed his advice. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with anxiety and depression issues.

Fantastic psychiatrist. I've been seeing Dr. Ratush for about three years. He is extremely thoughtful in his approach, and excellent at prescribing medicine (and responsible in the ways he prescribes). The best of the best.

Warning! Rude and unreasonable receptionist and they make it impossible to make an appointment! I made an appointment with Dr. Ratush's office a week ago via ZocDoc. They called me the day before the appointment in the late afternoon to confirm the appointment, but I missed the call since I was at work. By the time I noticed the missed call about hour later and called back to confirm, the office was closed and I left a message to confirm. They called again 2 hours before my appointment to confirm my insurance info. After I confirmed it, they then told me they have to see if they have a different time available, because I did not confirm in time and I have lost my appointment slot! When I said I called and left a message yesterday, the very rude lady on the other end said they needed to speak to me directly to confirm it, and that they attempted to contact me but I did not respond! I cannot believe they are trying to put the blame on me for "not responding in time", when they have given me less than an hour to get back to them! If they needed to speak to me directly, they need to give at least 24 hour notice. This is just unacceptable. The receptionist was very rude and the way they just canceled my appointment because they did not contact me early enough and give me enough time to call back is unbelievable. They've waste a lot of my time and I do not recommend coming here even if the doctor's great.

Dr Ratush helped me find my own way out of a bad place I had dug myself into.

He is a bit quirky, but really the best doctor of any kind I have ever had. He makes a safe and comfortable space for exploring yourself.
