- Poor #167518

I was referred to this office by Methodist hospital pediatric ER after my son broke his arm. Let me just say this, if you are looking for assistance this is not the place. It took me 3 or more hours to get through to make his initial appointment (RED FLAG). After my son received his cast he had to return within two weeks to have it removed. I am now on day 2 of trying to get through to make an appointment.
