I got a cortisone shot for my shoulder and it was totally painless. He has a great technique

Dr. Mattern repaired my torn rotator cuff muscle and biceps tendon in Nov. 2013; I was playing sports with no pain and full range of motion in the spring of 2014. Great surgeon with equally good bedside manner and terrific staff. He is presently treating me for osteoarthritis of the knee with Eufflexxa injections and I have been improving daily. I recommend him without equivocation.

Dr. Christopher Mattern has completed two surgeries with me and he is the absolute best. If you're looking for a great orthopaedic surgeon he is the one to contact. He is extremely personable and shows a genuine concern for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.
