Necessary to have this kind of place in the area, but they cater too much to ignorant people who believe in homeopathy and cleansing. They also have an entire row of tea but none of it is loose-leaf. Prices are meh.

I purchased a vegan pumpkin pie that grew mold while still packaged. Brought it back to the store with the manager being rude and unhelpful as possible stating how returned are only 7 days of purchase. He didn’t want to hear of it and hid behind his 7 days return policy. How does a pie with an expiration date of September 2016 grow mold? What else is this store hiding? I’ll take my money elsewhere next time. A very dissatisfied customer!

I am afraid you’ve been misinformed. For starters, when I purchased the pumpkin pie, it was not frozen. As a matter of fact, they were all available in the fridge section along with the hummus, prepared fruits and sushi - right upfront.
The manager was too busy being rude and unprofessional to actually listen much less to offer any type of remedy such as an exchange. This is the first that I am hearing of such an offer and I should know, I was there! You are in the business of customer service and what I received today was a blatant disregard for the feelings and input of your customers.
Should I have read the packaging? Yes, but most importantly, should you be storing a frozen product in the fridge section and not even inquire when something is brought to your attention?
I truly appreciate the fact that it takes a public posting to actually be heard as a customer. I have always gone out of my way to visit your store and I’ve even mentioned to the Manager that I am not routinely in the area hence the lateness in bringing the package back. No thanks on your exchange, the offer has come a little too late. I will never visit your store again, and others should be forewarned.

You’ve lost this customer!

Ahmed in the Vitamins section is the go to guy for any particular inquiry to your need for cleanse, detoxification and honest advice on what works for you, specifically. Be open to listening or take notes. The man knows his science.
Also, not for nothing...the store also allows you to purchase dietary supplements, vitamins and natural things of the sort, with your EBT. Don't be timid to buy wholesome things with it there.

good selection of food, but the staff doesn't speak english very well so when you are looking for something specific they are not helpful at all, the juice bar is tasty but ridiculously expensive, 6.99 dlls for a large citrus juice? they carry the most expensive organic brands when there is some others that are more accesible, THE HUGE POINT OF THIS PLACE is that is the only place around to get this stuff
