horrible customer service, JUNK parts
They sold me a bad transmission, took them an extra week to deliver the part, only to find out the transmission.
Dont buy parts from this place, you will WASTE your time and Money.

Downtown Auto Parts is one of those stores that you could classify as an "old reliable." They've been around for a very long time and have a good reputation. They're also known for being able to get virtually any part for your car, no matter how big or small. While they're not necessarily the least expensive among auto supply stores, they certainly are no where near as costly as going to the dealer for your parts

Item arrived in a much worse condition than was represented by the seller. Being a heavy part I would lose money by shipping it back, they know that because they would only refund the part cost. I would have paid $250 for round trip shipping to get a $80 refund. So just going to cut my losses at $205 and warn you about what happened to me.
