I went for my Diagnostic Mamogram and one of the technician named Alexa was extremely rude. As it was paining and I ask if I can adjust the position ... Her reply was did you study this , I studied for 5 years. I understand her 5 year of study but I in reality this is also customer service and she has not learned to behave with patient. She is not a doctor, still a technician. Even doctors treat their patients better. This truly unprofessional behavior.

Most worst and unprofessional employees are here. Always call with wrong name and no intention being sorry. I do not know why I had gone there. Doctor always choose this place.
