I have never seen such mistreatment by the office supervisor and the office manager. The worse possible office in Brooklyn. The supervisor and the office manager, are the most inhuman beings alive. Besides aggravation, inconvenience and lack of compassion these women know nothing. They have no urgency to your concerns. The radiologist found something on the mammography, I had to come back 2 more times and than to beg for them to read the findings. And then to be insulted for wanting my results.

It is Horrible!!!. Do not go there. I hope the boss is monitoring the people at the front desk. The people who work there are just so Lazy. This is the second time I walk in and both times it seems as if the lady with the red hair is doing me a favor or as if It is for free. If it were me I would never hire her. She does not belong to a healh care environment.

This place is the worst. Even if you make a appt for your service, you are still waiting over an hour for a 20 - 30 minute procedure. And their billing is outsourced or something to india so if you have problems with billing expect at least 3 monhts for it to be corrected. They charge copayments up front even if your insurance does not require copayments for imaging services. Thats how they rip people off and unless you follow up will never get your money back. Avoid this place like the plague! And its true, even if you have insurance they try to take everyone on medecaid first because medicaid pays them more $$. And if you're russian you get seen first. Because they are racist!!

The worst service. They give you a time and when you get there its another time. I was told it was 7PM and when I got there they said its 10 PM. They only care for there own kind which are Russian. :-(

Incompetent is not even close. This place sucks. They are extremely rude. They cater to russians and everyone else is on the back burner. The wait is always around an hour or more. My doctor ordered an mri from 60 miles away, common sense to me would be to provide the cd. I was told " they only ordered the films, they never requested them. " Apparently the script to "order" the mri, doesn't mean they actually want to see the results. I only gave them one star because they have a little coffee station.... mostly because you need the caffeine to stay awake during the wait.
