- Terrible #170329

Called and spoke with a nice receptionist to schedule an appointment. I said that I would call back in a couple of minutes (for I needed to check my itinerary) called back in about 3 minutes another girl answered the phone. I asked to speak with the girl I had spoken with previously (just a few minutes ago) and this girl would not get the person.. Not sure if they work on commission. But she was unprofessional, snotty and simply rude.
