Doors and Beyond

Cheap quality, the frame moldings are made out of cardboard, nothing fits properly. When we called the customer service about fit up issues they simply told us to cut molds and other door part to fit.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

My wife and I ordered 3 doors from them in February. They listed the item in stock on their website but did not ship until April. When that order arrived, it was not packed properly by them so it was completely destroyed.

After many emails and calls, they started another order and I spoke to the manager and specifically asked that we be sent a picture before the doors went out. They did not do this and the doors showed up with one frosted piece of glass and the other with clear glass.

Once again, I had to spend hours on the phone and email trying to get these guys to fix their own mistake. We are still waiting for our order and they claim that once again, they are waiting on glass. It's June 14th and our remodel is totally stalled because this company can't get it right.

Horrible customer service, they don't call back when they say they will and they try to pass the blame to anyone but themselves. I predict they will go out of business in the next year.

I repeat, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS.

It's now July 1st 2016 and we still do not have the correct set of working doors.

August 3rd, products have been returned. I've followed up several times about our refund with no response.

Do not order anything from Doors and Beyond. I ordered around $500 worth of door handles from Doors and Beyond, after waiting two months to receive my order I finally cancelled it. It has been over a month and they have yet to send me my refund.
