- Terrible #64610

I'm soooo aggravated! This is the 2nd time I have received a raw pizza from this North Bergen location. I have to wait to heat my oven so I can cook it so it is edible. What the heck is going on that a pizza place can NOT make a COOKED pizza!!! On top of that they also delivered the wrong soda too. REALLY

N. Bergen Location: So far so good! I just redeemed 60 points for a "free" pizza (2 toppings, med, hand tossed is supposed to be free but there is tax, delivery, etc.) I ended up adding another topping and some waters, so I paid 12.00 but saved over 11. The black box hand tossed pizzas are great, I think and i don't please easily!

bad service, I ordered and I never got my food. called the 3 times and everytime they would hung up on me... as soon as I tried calling from a different phone they answered but put me on hold for 15 mins. I tried from my wife's phone and finally talked to someone about what happened. anyway no pizza was delivered and up to now I don't what happened.

- Poor #64611

So.. I was ordering online and it wasn't letting my payment go through. That's fine it happens. I understand there are bugs. So then I call the store and explain to them what happened and that I would really like to order the food and want the coupon. Instead they tell me that I'm doing something wrong. So again i explained and they told me the same thing then told me that they can't help me out. The staff member didn't even try to help. I'm very disappointed. I was finally able to make an order after waiting 20 mins for online ordering to work.
