Domino's Pizza

Last 2 times I ordered online: Called me 1 hr after I ordered said they were outside. Waited on my porch for 10 mins. They were at the wrong address. I told them to cancel. They came 20 mins later anyway. Tonight the same guy didn't want to get out of the car. My guess is since I paid online he figured he wasn't getting a tip. He ended up being right! LOL

I've never had a problem with my food. So that's a plus. However when the delivery person delivers they can't be bothered to at least get out of the car and give you your food. Nope. They sit in the car and pass u the food through the window. Only once has the driver ever been pleasant. She got out of her vehicle and handed me my order and very nice. I made sure to tip her. She's the ONLY dominoes driver I have ever tipped that delivered from this specific location. She deserved it.

A filthy dump. Dont waste your time.

Its really wild that a place like that is allowed to even exist. First and foremost there should not be any roaches and small mice running around any business establishment let alone one that serves food.
Now for anyone who is concerned for their health and well being a place that has things like that going on in its premises should think twice about spending money there. Also if you are expecting any kind of professionalism or customer service etiquette you can forget about it. The only workers these guys hire are the incompetent and rude types. Be prepared for the kind of treatment that animals get at the zoo. Dont think about complaining to anybody either cause these kinds of places are protected by the city because they're seen as a benefit to that kind of area. In other words those guys feel that they are doing folks a favor by even being open at all. Roaches, mice bad customer service should not be a bother to yall in their estimation. Anyway for those of you who read reviews and base their spending decisions on careful evaluation of facts just heed my advice; dont waste your time with that dump.

This location engages in weird business practices and caused me lots of grief. My fiancé placed a order and payed online, when I got to the location they asked me to produce a card for a order already paid for. They said they need to imprint the last 4 digits of cards for purchase. I told them this is unethical and illegal. I told them I can pay with my debit card and they still insisted on making the imprint. I wanted to cancel the order however I had a party and needed for fast for kids so I had to find a atm and pay the fees to pay cash. I asked the manager on duty Samuel for the owners information to discuss this policy he refused to give me the information. This is terrible customer service and I feel upset because I usually travel to neighboring cities to spend my money however I wanted to support the community however this deplorable experience has changed my mind.

Drivers are lazy, i am a tipped worker so i believe in tipping for GOOD svc, i never tip these guys bcuz they are too lazy to even get out of the car, they instead make the customer walk out to the street to get their order, one driver said he got robbed, understandable AT NIGHT, but in broad daylight, no excuse, smh
