Aisha's Chinese Halal

Looking from the outside it doesn't look like much. It does a good business in takeaways and the dining area is Spartan but separated. We met Hamza and he looked after us well. The food came quickly and was fresh and hot. The food was excellent, not too spicy but not bland. We had some soup, followed by some noodles and a rice dish. We all ate well and the bill was as expected. I recommend it for all if you are ever in this area and like Chinese. You will not be eating in 5 star surroundings but you will get a 5 star meal.

Up to today , 7 years in business at this same location , same management .We are doing our best to serve the community .
If anything wrong anytime, don't hesitate to call us back and make any complaint . We will fix all problems in our best way. Due to the weather, it will be extremely busy in winter. It will delay all deliveries. Please be aware of it. Strongly recommend to pick up your orders during october to march. Appreciate for all of your business.

Referring to customers' complaints, I would like to say something here :
For garluc in garlic sauce , anyone one of you can request EXTRA garlic when ordering ;

For phone order manner, I will train my workers
To be more professional .
4 -5 persons answering phones . If you can give the name of the person who take your order, that will help me a lot .

For every phone order, we always has audio recording . If you get any wrong order , call store back within next 24 hours . As long as you still has the food , return it or exchange to the front in store no matter whose fault .
But if you don't have the food , we have to go through the audio to find out what order exactly been put in . Too many orders in a day . Strongly recommend : for any mistake order, please call right back when you get it .
We will do our best to fix it .

For different towns delivering , we do deliver to newark , part of Irvington , part of east orange , hillside , part of union . It is conditional for all far addresses . It depends on how busy we are when you call in ; that's why my workers need to confirm with me if the address zip code is out of the neighbourhood;
For credit card payment , we take all
scratchable cards. But ,due to the increasing fraud account , Id and actual cards required every time when driver get there . We have to imprint the card and minimum amount $13 to be on the card . For front customers , all cards are accepted , no minimum amount .

Food is so delicious and fresh, I loved hot and sour soup..

Horrible Service for one...She answered the phone with hello, so i wasn't sure if i called a business. Two after placing my order she claims they do not deliver to roselle being 6minutes away. She actually had to talk to the superivsor which i spent close to 3 minutes on hold before getting back to me. She finally said ok..So i gave her the address and credid card; well guess what...they dont take credit card over the phone because they had lots of problems with that and only do it for pickup orders. When i asked to talk to the boss, the b**** hung up on me.

Horrible Chinese food! There must have been a recent management change. No longer 5 stars. There was no garlic in the garlic jumbo shrimp and scallop dish. Oh, and 2 shrimp and 5 cranberry sized, baby scallops. Imitation crab meat in the crabmeat fried rice. The General Tsao's sauce was sickly sweet and the meal disappointing. Oh, I was also told there were napkins in the bag. Guess what? ...There weren't.
