Domino's Pizza

Pizza great, service great, delivery ok. But getting to expensive. Plus $2.50 delivery charge plus tips to much.

Mistakes happen. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken pizza with double chicken, double chesse, and extra sauce, but what was delivered didn't have sauce at all. I called them, they checked the order, acknowledged their mistake, and rushed over a fresh pizza exactly as I had ordered! Thanks for great customer service!

The pizzas are good and what not but the delivery time kills me everytime

The pizza is fantastic, the delivery person is really fast and nice, but the person that actually makes the pizza always screws up. They don't place the toppings, they throw them on quick and not equally placed. I have a permanent request on my orders to always double-cut the pizza. This note actually prints on the label that they put on the box. The pizza is never double cut. I show the delivery person, he says it's the person who made it. Where is the manager checking orders? Someone glues this label onto the box that says double cut, but no one reads it. I'm NOT sending the pizza back as they will spit on it or worse. This isn't rocket science. They used to have the double cut option on the web site/app, but took it off, probably because the staff could never get it right. Sad. I place a complaint online and I get an email that the store manager will call, but they don't. I have to complain a second time, then the manager calls and is very nice, offering free sides. I don't want free sides, I want my pizza made correct the first time.

So my husband orders all the time from this place ...he works very long hours and when I get hungry he orders online so it can be deliver to me .... But today he made sure they called me (he put my number ) because his working and can't answer the phone .. They told me that they couldn't deliver my order because I don't have the card ... I didn't know I had to show the card .. Plus they never ask for it my husband orders soon many time from this place and I guess today was the day they wanted to the their "job" really upset specially when kids are so excited to get their food
