I called to place an order of 6 pies. Everything was going well until the lady asked me "Would I like to donate to St. Jude?" I replied "No." She rudely hung up snd never took my creit card info. This caused an issue when the driver arrived.

I always order from the store but my problem first started online when it said I couldn't order delivery so then I called and I ordered it on the phone I ordered an order of wings and a medium thin crust pizza full bacon have pineapple with marinara sauce when I got my order we got no sauce no bacon and half pineapple normally I don't complain about orders or getting things wrong because I work in the restaurant industry but when I call to explain my complaint the woman on the phone was extremely rude ask me if I already ate the food asked me if the driver was still there and then told me okay nevermind and hung up . I absolutely love this store and I never had a problem before tonight but maybe they should train some of their employees on customer service

I love how easy it is to order a delivery in their website. With coupons it cost less than the frozen pizza at the supermarket. And you can argue, but I think it's the best pizza period!
