Domino's Pizza

Cant get an order right to save their lives...I placed an order for delivery and after waiting 55 minutes an order submerged in pork arrived. I call and after being on hold for 20 minutes I get placed on hold. I was on hold so long, I walked to the location with the product. Still on hold, I wait almost 5 minutes for someone to come to the window, and another 10 waiting for a manager. Really??? She then tells me that she has to wait for the driver to come back in order to fully refund my card. REALLY??? Long story short...NEVER AGAIN!!!

This location has horrible service. I placed a pick up order online and was still unable to pick up 1 hour and 40 minutes (even though the tracker said it was done and ready for pick up) because the staff at this location was clueless and incompetent. My order was never prepared (not sure why) and in order for me to get my food made (per them) I had to provide the employees with and actual order number. I ended up with a refund and no food cause they employees expected the food to make prepare itself. This store should be closed down. It is an embarrassment to the Dominos name.

Took way too long to make the pizza Prepping took them 20 minutes and never ended on the tracker which was complete bs. They should learn to be a better business. Do not ever order from this business. Go to Papa Johns or Pizza Hut or the local pizza shop instead of wasting your time and money here. Never ordering from here again. The staff is very rude and they all have a bad attitude as soon as you walk in or get delivered. Please for the sake of yourself and other people, do not order from this "Pizza shop" where they "value customers".

An absolute shambles of a business. Placed an online order at 3.00pm for a requested 5.15pm delivery. The online system showed it being made at 4.45pm by Abdul and then ground to a halt. Tried calling but the phone line was constantly engaged, then at 7.15pm the online tracker once again showed that Abdul was busy 'baking our pizza to perfection' and then quality checking it only for us to get a call at 8.00pm telling us they'd now cancelled the order as they didn't have a delivery driver !

No apology was forthcoming, no offer of an alternative solution and no offer of current or future recompense......simply 'tough, you ain't getting the pizza's you ordered and we've allegedly been processing'

Come on Domino's Head Office, get involved, these guys are a disgrace to the brand !

This place is terrible. I made an order over the phone and gave my address for delivery and was told that my order will be delivered in 45 minutes. An hour passed and i called again and was told that i never ordered anything and theres nothing in their computer showing that i placed an order. When I tried to explain thay someone did take my order, the worker hanged up the phone on me .
