Domino's Pizza

If I could give this place negative ratings I would. Ridiculous!! Placed an order at 6:40pm at 8:40pm after waiting for someone to answer the phone for 18 minutes I get through to an employee who says they are having issues with the orders showing up on the make line. Last time I ordered a breadbowl pasta my sauce was sitting on top of the pasta instead of in it. NEVER AGAIN!!

THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!! our foods ALWAYS cold, we ALWAYS have to spend extra time re heating everything. I live just a couple of blocks away and they always take more than 2 hours to deliver. I tried going to the store but this red headed, medium skin, RUDE betch made us turn right around and leave. We asked for a menu or something that showed options and she gave us a stank look asking "what", and as I kept trying to order she kept talking over me with the other co workers. On top of that we almost slipped on the floor because of the snow, and there was no wet sign sign. Been on hold at this moment for 10 minutes already with this same store after having a disconnected phone line after like 10 tries. Its like they're holding our food for hostage ITS BEEN 2 HOURS !! THEY NEED A WHOLE NEW STAFF!!! ASAP!!

Quite possibly the worst dominos in the bronx, I went there to pickup an order for carryout and they had me waiting for at least 45 minutes. My hot wings were cold and my pizza was lukewarm. While one of the employees were apologizing to me for the inconvenience I curiously asked why won't their store deliver to my house, which is very close by driving distance. They said that they were in fact a delivery store even though the website says they are a carryout only store. Ive seen delivery drivers leave the store and come back in cars with the dominos logo on top of them. It ponders me who they are delivering to, because they can't deliver to me even though my house is 7 blocks away and only about a 3-4 minute drive. I hope somebody who works there sees this review and makes some improvements to the store.

Everytime I order from here, it takes more than two hours for my pizza to be delivered. And I only live a couple blocks away. Even if you try calling them, they NEVER pick up. You're just left on hold. Do not order from here because you will be wasting your time. If I can give them no stars, I would.
