Domino's Pizza

Second time we didn't get our 20oz soda with our order. We ordered at 530pm it is now 710pm. We are still waiting. Horrible service. Wont be ordering Domino's again.

it was terrible. I ordered my food online and it was confirmed and said to be out for delivery and never came. I received no call or email. Do not order from here stay away.

It seemed like it took an very long time from the when it was finished and to get to me over 25 minutes when I live only 5 minutes away. The pizza and wings were cool and dried out. Not sure Ill be ordering again anytime so
on.

Drivers are always courteous and thoughtful. My food is always hot and my son just loves this dominoes!

I have been a loyal customer to this particular Domino's location for the last 6 years. Although I live (literally) 500 ft from it, I have always tipped generously to their drivers ($4-5) every time. I work long hours and often my only convenient food option is Dominos.. Usually I call in my orders at around 11:45pm (this location closes at 12am) - which is why I tend to tip generously.

I understand that they are 15 minutes from closing - but business is business.
(I am a district manager for a particular company and I am entirely familiar with what makes a good customer experience in any industry)

I would love to know why I was told in a poor tone "You always call late.." and then have my BUSINESS refused.

I would love to make the owner of this store aware that his staff is turning away $$$ during BUSINESS HOURS.

You have lost a customer after 6 years - congratulations.
