This shoe repair is a stunning example of a successfully operated family owned small business due to the owner's dedicated years of hard work and perfectionism. He is a natural when it comes to his craft and an absolute pleasure to work with. Every time I go in, he will explain the most economical way to repair and maintain my leather goods. I have nothing but respect for his dedication and knowledge to his craft. This store is a diamond in the rough! Thank you for the continued years of seamless repairs and strong customer service.

Came here to get the heels replaced on a pair of engineer boots (Carolinas, if anyone is wondering). Paid $25 upfront, and the owner told me to pick them up the next day.

When I did, the shoes not only had new vibram heels, they had also been polished and looked brand new. I should've tipped the guy!

My family has been getting their shoes repaired here for over 10 years. It's an old fashioned shoe repair boot shop that provides genuinely caring customer service. They really take pride in their work and are extremely reliable. They have fair prices and take debit/credit cards which is nice. I would never go anywhere else!

This is an amazing store. When I first came across this online, I came in to check out what it was like. Upon entering, I saw shelves and shelves of shoes and boots. They had a wide variety of selection. When my old boots started to wear out, I came here again to see what they had. They had just what I was looking for. There was a pair of boots that were extremely lightweight, steel toed, and water resistant for only $85. This was an amazing deal, and I bought the pair. While I was buying these and as he helped me out, I asked him if my orthotics would affect if my foot would fit. The orthotics I had at the time were made by a doctor for over $450. Domenic suggested that I try some of his orthotics, and when I did, it felt so relieving. It was extremely comforrtable and the cost was way lower. They were only $65. When my wife broke her heels, I suggested that she come here. While she was waiting for the shoes to be fixed, she noticed a pair of women's western boots. They were only $145 and she noticed that these were higher quality and less expensive than the $250 pair she purchased somewhere else. She was extremely pleased, and as she was picking these out, the shoes were being repaired. The shoes were done before she could decide if she wanted to purchase the boots. She came home very happy, and she told me about the low prices. I don't regret stepping into this store suggested by my co-workers in my office building. That was almost 2 years ago, but I regularly came in to get anything with zippers, leather or shoes. Then, about 3 weeks ago, my leather jacket had a problem with the zipper. I was in a rush, so I made the bad mistake of bringing it to someone closer to me. He said it would cost over $200, and he suggested that I just by a new jacket. The next day, I came to Domenic and asked him. I needed to get to work, so he told me to come the next day. He said it would only cost $65. Trusting him, I left the jacket there and came back the next day. The jacket almost looked brand new, except for the parts I suggested to leave original, so I could have the memories of the jacket. He did a fine job of doing what I asked, and installed an new brass zipper. The jacket looked amazing, and I couldn't have asked for a better job. I definitely recommend this to anyone who needs any repairs done for leather, zipper, or shoes. This kind man will also be glad to help you select a pair of shoes, even if you have problem with your feet. I also got a pair of shoes for my diabetic mother, and she said she loved them. This is just a great store. 5 stars.
