We rented from the agency on 339 south end in manhattan. We received a half tank of fuel, we were told by the driver to move from the parking before we had time to check the level of fuel. When we returned the car we were charged 50 usd for not returning a full tank. It was 3/4 full, which was already 1/4 more than what we received. We complained and were told we were liers by the agent.
No customer service.
Theft.
Lack of honesty.
