My mother took her Yorkie for a grooming session as usual. Looks like they have someone new he looked like if my 7 year old did the job. His chest hair was cut all the way to his skin and left some scars. That person was very rude when approached sadly a good business on the past turned with some bad reviews for a unprofessional crew. Looking for a new place for grooming close home.

My dog is very special for me. In three different opportunities I bring my dog there and she refuses to go back, scare a lot, shy, sad, also when I walk my dog on the sidewalk she starts shaking and refuse to walk. I usually don't write reviews but in this opportunity I have to say .. BE CAREFUL! Look for the damn Benadryl on the windows. In my building the super has 2 small dogs with the same reaction for that reason I stopped going there.

We have in total of five dogs. The groomer is great with the special need each one of them. Three are rescued pets, then we have blind one. she is very patient with all of them. We have been dealing with the groomer for 3 yrs. no problems so far.
