i wrote a review three years ago and I think it is time to refresh my comments. My old doctor left the practice last year but we are happy to find that her replacement is as good if not better. We feel that the best thing about DOCS is that you get a bunch of doctors and you can pick and choose who you like. Amongst the many good things about living in this area is access to a good practice like DOCS.

I am surprised at some of the negative reviews as our experience is totally different. We get good care and never have to pay more than what our insurance says. I feel some of the people complaining have problems with their insurance as we have never had any issue

DOCS is not a very well ran practice. The staff is rude and makes egregious errors when it comes to the care of patients! I was told, by telephone I might add that I had two sexually transmitted diseases! The medical assistant reading me the results over the telephone was wrong. I went to the doctor the next day to find out why, if I had two diseases I was not informed prior to me calling several times for the results! The medical assistant could not read proper results though, once I was given a copy of the results it was clear the test for both diseases was negative! Furthermore, the doctor who ordered the tests never asked me if I wanted to be tested for STD's. WHen I wrote a letter to the head of the practice it took him nearly two months to get back to me. He was not the most professional person at all. The staffing here leaves a lot to be desired!

Service is very poor. The staffs are overworked and some of the doctors do not follow up with examinations. I went back for a follow up visit with Dr Divilla, he does remembered whats going on or he does not return phone calls or fill out paper work correctly. I asked for some information to be faxed, I was told 1/2 hr and i'm still waiting . I would not recommend this doctor office to no one.

I made a 9:00 AM appointment for a physical. I was not even seen until 11:30 AM. The GP I had an appointment for had not idea that an appt. was made at that time and did not even arrive at work until after 11 AM. I received no apologies.

My primary doctor then left and no one bothered to tell me about this. When I called to get a medication refill, it took multiple rings before someone answered the phone. She then told me that I would need to be seen again since the current GP had never seen me. This is for an asthmatic condition that I have had for 27 years.

After taking the message, the assistant then informed me that the GP I needed to see was on vacation. He would not receive the message for my medication refill for over a week and I would need to call back to confirm that the prescription was even filled.

DO NOT COME HERE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WILL KILL YOU WITH THEIR INCOMPETENCE.

I wish I could give negative stars.
