Worst experience ever. 9 hour wait (this is not an exaggeration) with no clear organization. Took almost a week for them to call me back with UTI results. Doctor was nice, but ultimately prescribed the wrong drug. Flat out refused to call in the correct prescription when requested. Find another place!!

I was left in the waiting room for 3 hours and fifteen minutes before being led to the examination room where I waited for another 45 minutes. The PA on duty was extremely terse and seemed to forget important details as soon as I told him and had an odd, accusatory tone that baffled me.
I can necessarily blame the staff, as they are clearly overworked. The place simply needs more funding and a greater ability to turn around visits. As it stands, it was nightmarish place. I hope they can pull it together.
