Dixon Leasing is amazing. I live in a Jersey City location and my apartment is amazing. They take care of their tenants and make everything convenient for us. The online portal is great for handling everything like rent, maintenance issues and more. They also have a 24 hour emergency maintenance line that is available should you ever need them. I would recommend Dixon Leasing to anyone looking for a quality living space that is affordable and well kept. They don't cut corners and always put the tenants needs first.

I currently live in one of the Dixon properties in West New York. They have been nothing but very courteous and professional. The process from viewing, applying and moving in was done like it should be. In addition, any issues (very very minor ones) that I have is handled in less than 12 hours and with the outmost respect and apologies if necessary. I think they need to have a school and train all the other brokers and real estates company how to treat prospective tenant. I am already looking forward to working with them in the near future. Great company that I have been recommending to others and will continue to do so.

What a house, what a neighborhood! Moving into a Dixon Property has been an experience beyond the usual. Our house has been finished to the highest standard with all the latest gadgets and wired for sound, literally.
