If you are looking for a caring yet aggressive family lawyer I would highly recommend Boris Nikhman. Without him on my side I could have lost even partial custody of my children. He kept in touch with me through the entire negotiation process and always returned my calls and emails. He is an excellent family attorney in my opinion.

My uncle had been in this country for several years and was suddenly facing deportation because he pleaded guilty to a crime he did not commit, just to make it go away without jail. Immigration attorney Boris Nikhman not only stalled the deportation, he got the ruling dismissed because my uncle did not understand his rights to a fair trial. When I was looking for a divorce attorney in Brooklyn a co-worker recommended that I call the Law Office of Boris Nikhman. I did and was given a free consultation. He explained a lot to me about NY divorce law that I was unaware of. In the end I received a settlement that was more than I expected and without stepping foot in a courtroom. When I needed to file for divorce I sought the help and advice from the Law Offices of Boris Nikhman, a divorce lawyer from Brooklyn. It was the smartest thing I could have done. The lawyer was able to block my husband from transferring money out of his business in an attempt to devalue it. I never would have thought he would have tried that. I wound up with a much larger settlement because of my divorce lawyer.
