I have used DDC Law Firm and they always make the process very easy. I closed on my home a year ago, and I always brag to everyone how easy, quick and hassle free the entire process was. I remember being warned how miserable the entire process was and how much hassle it is dealing with attorneys and mortgage people etc but I have to say I found it all to be very quick and easy, and a lot has to do with Ted and Rosanne and their staff, I can't thank them enough for the care they put into everything, from scanning documents to finding problems on the sellers side and fixing them.

We went to Ted Cotter's firm in a time of need. He worked with us every step of the way with our concerns. He gave us different options and scenarios of what would be the best choices for our will. Ted and his office made us feel like family not clients. If you are concerned about your families future well being, I strongly advise you speak to Ted Cotter.
