I appreciated Dr. Chiha's informal nature. He didn't make you feel like you were in a Dentist's office. He was very up front with me as I like and came in on New Year's eve just to perform an extraction on a painful wisdom tooth that abruptly caused my face to swell. One time he even fixed a problem at no charge as I couldn't afford a small fix to a discolored tooth. I enjoyed his sense of humor, he kept us laughing and maintained an honesty I needed. My children and I were always entertained. Some people may perceive him as rude or arrogant but I saw that he was just being himself. At the end of the day he did excellent work!
