Direct Laundry

Tom and Direct Laundry are great. Easy to use, always on time and clean clothes. It's a no brainier. I've been a customer for a year and have been happy every time.

Been using direct laundry for a while now. They are fast and deliver in 24 hours when requested. If you have more than just standard wash and fold like me, they listen to instructions well as long as you clearly lay it all out for them in a text, email, or on a piece of paper. I give them my natural detergent to keep there and use for my laundry only.

Tom, the owner is very open to hearing any concerns or questions you may have about delivery or their services. When there are problems (which I understand are sometimes unavoidable) Tom is very responsive and quick to come back to pick up any items that are in question. I continue to use them bi-weekly for all of my laundry needs.

Hands down, the best laundry, dry cleaning, and especially Wash & Fold service in the area. Not only are they very efficient with the drop off and pick up aspect, but the way they package the Wash and Fold clothes has impressed me to another level.

However, the best part about Direct Laundry, is the customer service they provide to their customers. They build relationships with their clients and now I cannot even think of another service that would I go to and get the same satisfaction in all areas!

Direct Laundry is by far the best wash and fold in the Hoboken area. Tom and his staff are very thorough and always manage to return my clothes clean, neat and smelling great! They have a very reliable delivery service, Tom is very honest when saying when he can pick up and when he can drop off. If it is going to take the extra day he always lets me know. And when I need it back in a rush under certain circumstances, they always do their best to accommodate. I love that they package my clothes in groups, like the underwear is always together, same with the socks and so on. I have had a few instances with some major stains in a shirt or sweater, and if you communicate it to the staff they will mark it and always get the stains out. I have also used Direct for my dry cleaning, which is a fair price and also a great service. I used a few other laundromats while I have been living in Hoboken but Direct is definitely number 1!
