- Terrible #156228

bad customer service, the person cannot clearly tell what options do they offer in terms of printing. And even after specifying exactly what size/format/paper/quantity etc. do I need, they would not be able to tell the price.

I experienced quality service. Many CUNY students go to Genie Printing to print their dissertation, since special paper is required. Hence, they knew exactly what I needed, delivered my dissertation directly to the library and informed me that it has been delivered.
