Awful. The guy who set up our business website on one of these droplets left us with no account information, and now we are locked out of our own website. Asking for support all we get from DO are automated responses like "Give us the credit card number you used to set up the account." If we knew this, we wouldn't be asking for information. This has been a horrible experience and we hope others know. Hopefully they will drop us and we can migrate to a host with actual human beings on the other end.

worst hosting every tried. Keeps null routing on d-dos attacks, making it impossible to make changes to put up barriers against the attacks, neither do they want to backup files or database. keeping on stuck forever in a loop of null-routing which never ends.
