I ordered a couple of times from Wal-Mart and I've gotten all my stuff within 3 days . customer service is pretty good thanks guys keep up the good work !

Ordered the item on the Febuary 16, 2016. Item shippped on the 18th with a delivery date no later than the 22nd. Its the 25th and still no package. Also, no way to tack the shipment on walmart site or their website that is not active.Pavilion site had a staement saying " they will be renovating for the holifays" what holiday? Just sad, sad service. I will note be making any purchase that is connected with them again.

I ordered an Asus Transformer tablet/notebook from Walmart. Paid $224. It arrived early--yay! The touchscreen nor the right hand portion of the keyboard works--boo! I spent 12 hours downloading updates to see if maybe it was a Microsoft issue. Nope. Time to return it to Walmart. Nope. Walmart apparently sells other people's products with no responsibility for if they work or not and won't take returns. So, on Monday, when The Digital Pavillion is supposed to be open from 9am to 5pm EST, I will attempt to get a return ticket.
Update: I called at 9am that Monday and waited on the phone for 1 hr and 40 minutes (having to redail 3 times when it timed out). They were nice. So that was good. They sent a return label via email and I sent it back next day. They issued the refund within a week and from order to refund was 2 weeks. So, all is settled. If it weren't for the limited customer service limited hours of operation and being on hold for almost 2, I'd give better rating.

So I have to give positive feedback when it is deserved. I bought blue tooth ear buds through Amazon and wanted to return them because battery charger would not work. I had these just over a month. Amazon had me send them back and a long story short told me "they weren't their product and wanted to ship them back." They directed me to Pavilion to return them, so I called and got a hold of a customer service representative named Debra Shalitzky. If there were more customer service employees like her, the world would be a better place. There was nothing she did not do and went above and beyond to get me a replacement. They arrived today! Debra was absolutely a great person to work with!!!!
